REFUND POLICY :

RETURNS

Your product is eligible for return or exchange only if:-
1. You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for.
2. If the product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect.
3. Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged. It can only be restored or altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration / restoration is raised with us over email at ahamvayam@gmail.com. If the garment does not have the allowance enough for alterations or if there are any other restrictions related to restoration or alteration, the company holds the right to deny the request of alteration or restoration.

4.Any International order processed and confirmed , can't be cancelled and no refund shall be issued for the same .No Exchange or return shall be entertained for the same as well.

If eligible ( for domestic / local orders ) , you will have to notify us about this within 6 hours from the time it has been delivered to you. For any returns/exchange related issue, kindly write to us at ahamvayam@gmail.com

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund only for domestic / local orders , once the received product has undergone our quality check.Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. Aham-Vayam Clothing holds the right to refuse any Return if the product does not comply with the above.

Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15-45 days of receiving the products. Products purchased on sale/ or discount cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund requests will be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once the order is placed and confirmed , the order cannot be cancelled/refunded unless the above reasons apply.

Aham-Vayam Clothing holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time/for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account varies according to your bank/geographical location. Products purchased on sale cannot be requested for cancellation.
